Business Analyst (3-5 years)

What you will do :

1. Identifying the problem, and structuring it to deliver the desired outcomes independently

2. Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics

3. Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication outputs

4. Interpret and report results for various growth aspects to relevant stakeholders

5. Assist the Marketing team in leveraging data for effective decision making

Key Skills Required :

5. Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory

Manager ERP (3-5 years)

Key responsibilities:

• 3+ years of strong experience in AX 2012/ Dynamics 365 - Finance & Operations. Proven experience in working with cloud version of Dynamics i.e. D365 Finance & Operations.

• Good understanding of architecture in Finance & Operations, especially financial modules of the D365 application including Taxation, Budgeting and Reporting • Good experience and knowledge in the following areas of D365- F&O like Organization Structure & Multi Entities, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management / Banking, Consolidation, Financial and General Reporting, Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Management etc.

• Experience with Data Migration from other systems to D365 - F&O • Experience with configuration, testing and troubleshooting in D365

• Functional experience with D365 Finance and Operations Implementation and Customization using Extensions Ability to provide technical solutions Experience with X++, Visual Studio, DevOps

• Functional experience with LCS and environment management in LCS. • Understanding of security, efficient code reuse, and software design • Functional experience of integration of D365 F&O with other application

• Functional understanding of X++, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, DevOps etc

Customer Support Specialist (2-3 years)

What you will do:

• Innovate on behalf of our customers and build new methodologies and products, improving process to continuously improve services within supply chain

• Solves complex customer service issues by identifying and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy, output, and quality • Ensure resource maximization for cost optimization of the organization.

• Process Management: Design processes for process audits, clearly identify gaps and provide feedback to customer service and supply chain teams.

• Data Management: Prepare, collect, collate and analyze process performance data (including SLA, Quality, Feedback) and report on daily/weekly/monthly basis. • Process Control, Verification and Validation checks: Continuously measure and evaluate all work processes using Kaizen, Lean and other improvement methods • Vendor portfolio assessment and evaluation of contractual provisions, push for competitiveness and cost optimization. Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience working in the role of operations/supply-chain in E-commerce/retail business

• Graduation from Tier 1/tier 2 college in engineering, supply-chain or related field • MBA graduates from tier 1/tier 2 colleges would be preferred • Demonstrated ability managing and developing high performance critical programs

• Should possesses data driven story telling skills - ability to present data driven insights • Ability to simplify complex problems and create, maintain, extract and present solutions around the problem statements

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
